Therapy services are provided through The Counseling Collective LLC.
Executive coaching services are provided through Julie Chahal LLC.
The term “Site” refers to this website. The terms “you” and “your” refer to any visitor or user of the Site.
Scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website only.
They do not govern therapy or executive coaching services. Those services are subject to separate informed-consent documents, client agreements, professional obligations, payment terms, and policies.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides informational, educational, and psychoeducational content about therapy, executive coaching, personal development, the nervous system, leadership, relationships, and related topics.

No Professional Relationship
Using this Site does not create a therapist-client, coach-client, or other professional relationship with Julie Chahal, The Counseling Collective LLC, or Julie Chahal LLC.
Submitting a form, sending an email, scheduling a consultation, or requesting information does not establish a professional relationship.
A therapy relationship is established only after the required consent and intake documents are completed and both parties agree to begin therapy services through The Counseling Collective LLC.
A coaching relationship is established only after the applicable coaching agreement and payment arrangements have been completed through Julie Chahal LLC.
Therapy and Coaching Are Separate Services
Therapy is a clinical mental health service provided by Julie Chahal, LPC, SEP through The Counseling Collective LLC.
Executive coaching is a separate, non-clinical service provided through Julie Chahal LLC.
Executive coaching is not therapy, healthcare, diagnosis, or treatment and does not create a therapist-client relationship.
Julie Chahal’s clinical background may inform her coaching perspective, but coaching services remain separate from her role as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Not for Emergencies
This Site, email, contact forms, consultation requests, and executive coaching services are not intended for emergencies or crisis support.

Intellectual Property

Service Locations
Therapy services are available only when the client is physically located in Texas at the time of the session.
Executive coaching is a separate, non-clinical service and may be available to clients in other locations.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, govern use of this Site.
Separate agreements govern therapy, executive coaching, scheduling, payment, and other professional services.
