EXECUTIVE COACHING WITH JULIE
You don't need another productivity hack. You need someone who understands what's actually driving you.
You’ve built a business or career that looks exactly like success. You have the title, the responsibility, or the growing business you worked hard to create. But lately, the engine that got you here, the relentless drive, the ability to override your own needs, the refusal to slow down, is starting to cost more than it delivers. Executive coaching for driven people who want the next chapter to be as big as the last one, without it costing them everything.
What you’re moving through in this season is showing you something.
It is reflecting the patterns, beliefs, and identity you are still building from.
OVER-FUNCTIONING
PERFORMING
SECOND GUESSING
This is where the next level begins.
Not in doing more, but in becoming the kind of person who can lead clearly, move steadily, and grow without losing yourself in the process.
Let’s shift from who you had to be to who you are becoming.
WHAT GROWTH IS ASKING YOU TO SHIFT.
You might have learned early that competency was currency
That being indispensable was the safest position in any room
That attaching to achievement feels safer than attaching to relationships
That if you work harder, anticipate more, and take on more you will feel secure
If you just keep thinking about it more, you can figure it out
When you reach that next milestone or income level, you will finally feel like you made it and can relax
For those in leadership who are ready for honest work.
The executive who over-functions
You're in every decision, every Slack thread, every crisis. Not because your team is incompetent, because letting go feels like something will break. Your calendar is a monument to the belief that your vigilance is the only thing between order and chaos.
The entrepreneur who can't enjoy the growth
The business is growing. New opportunities are coming in. But instead of feeling excited, you are scanning for what could go wrong. Every new level brings more pressure because your system treats expansion like something you have to survive.
The leader who avoids conflict
You can lead a high-stakes meeting with confidence, but the conversation you need to have with your employee makes you nauseous. You manage around problems instead of through them because somewhere your nervous system learned that direct confrontation is dangerous.
The professional who performs confidence
You earned the position and people trust your judgment, but one critical email can unravel your confidence for the rest of the day. What they do not see is how often you reread your work, question your decisions, and wonder whether everyone else is more certain than you are.
At a certain point, it’s not about working harder or figuring it out.
YOU’VE ALREADY DONE THAT.
THE NEXT LEVEL IS ASKING YOU TO OPERATE FROM A STEADIER PLACE
YOU’RE READY FOR
• Have the conversations you've been avoiding
• Energy that supports the life you want
• Lead with actual confidence
• Make decisions that feel clear, aligned, and grounded
• Trust youself more deeply as you build, lead and expand
• Delegate without anxiety
This isn't coaching as usual.
I work at the intersection most coaches miss, where leadership patterns meet the deeper experiences that shaped them. We don’t just talk about what is happening at work. We address why your body responds the way it does when your authority is questioned, when you have to set a boundary, or when someone needs something you do not have left to give.
Most executive coaching focuses on cognitive strategies, frameworks, accountability, or surface-level mindset work. And those things matter. But when a brilliant, capable leader keeps hitting the same wall with conflict avoidance, over-functioning, or the inability to rest, the problem is not informational.
What if the next six months were focused on the internal patterns shaping how you lead?
Where executive coaching meets nervous system work
PRESSURE ISN’T SUSTAINABLE
It’s often over-functioning dressed up as ambition.
SOME STRATEGY PROBLEMS ARE NOT STRATEGY PROBLEMS.
They are identity problems.
THE GAP ISN’T KNOWLEDGE.
It’s who you believe you are.
BUSY CAN BECOME A PERFORMANCE.
When stillness feels uncomfortable, another problem will always appear.
IDENTITY SETS THE LIMIT
You build from who you believe you are allowed to become.
MONEY WILL SHOW YOU YOUR CEILING.
Not what you believe you can earn, but what you believe you can hold.
If your system can't hold what you're building or leading,
you may unconsciously slow it down, sabotage it, or burn out trying to sustain it.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
Leadership rooted in peace, not pressure
Decisions from clarity, not fear
Growth that feels aligned, not forced.
Success you can actually feel, not just measure
A business or leadership role that becomes an expression of who you are, not a performance you have to hold.
LEADERSHIP DOESN’T JUST REFLECT WHAT YOU KNOW.
It reflects what you're operating from.

What To Expect
1. Identify the Area You’re Ready to Shift
We focus on the pattern showing up in your business, career, or leadership and bring it into awareness so we can understand what is driving it.
2. Shift It at the Original Imprint Level
We work with the subconscious and nervous system responses underneath the behavior, where the pattern was formed and where deeper change becomes possible.
3. Change Begins to Happen Naturally
As the pattern shifts, the pressure to force change isn’t there.
What you’ve been trying to change begins to shift more easily on its own.
A clinician who coaches, not the other way around
Because most coaches don’t know what they’re looking at when a client’s over-functioning is actually a trauma response. When someone’s leadership style is actually a survival strategy they built at age seven. When the inability to delegate isn’t a skill gap, but a nervous system that learned early that depending on anyone is dangerous.
I have over 15,000 clinical hours helping high-performing leaders create real internal change.
My background as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner shaped the way I understand patterns, pressure, identity, and the brain-body connection.
The neuroscience matters because lasting change requires more than insight. The brain can form new pathways, but those pathways are built through experience, not just understanding. This is why I work beneath the level of behavior, with the patterns held in the brain, body, and nervous system.
This is what trauma-informed executive coaching is for. Not because your career is a trauma story, but because the patterns shaping your leadership style often are. And most coaching never gets close to them.
The depth of this work is grounded in years of studying how people actually change.
When you’re ready to shift from the inside out, I’m here.
