Libby Marler

Everyone deserves empathy and compassion when facing life’s challenges and I’m thankful to be able to provide a space for others to heal and grow through the counseling process. I strongly believe there is a great need to normalize the struggles that we face in life and reduce the stigma that surrounds mental health, particularly women’s mental health. We should not be have to be ashamed of our emotions or forced to suffer silently. After personally navigating the death of my daughter due to a life-limiting diagnosis, I became passionate about providing counseling and support for women who are experiencing big life transitions, particularly the unique and difficult challenges of transitioning to motherhood. I specialize in women’s issues including maternal mental health, parenting, grief and loss, as well as anxiety issues.

Julie Ayala

Life has been an adventure for Julie, filled with many ups and downs, but it’s been in the messy parts that have allowed her to learn the most and change for the better. It takes courage to ask for help and Julie considers it a privilege to be invited in. Taking a more collective approach to treatment, taking into account the emotional and physical, are at the heart of Julie’s practice. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she offers individual therapy to women to support the treatment of relationship issues, emotional pain and specializes in trauma. Julie is a SEP and EMDR certified.
